My name is Robert M. Moore, and I am the owner and Managing Principal of Moore & Associates, PC., in Hazleton, PA, where we offer a comprehensive range of financial, tax and accounting services for individuals and businesses. In addition to operating Moore & Associates, I am the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a multi-million-dollar local corporation. I oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic planning, driving growth and profitability. My diverse work experience has given me a deep understanding and appreciation of both the corporate and small business financial landscapes, which has awarded me a unique business perspective and blend of expertise. My dual roles allow me to bring a comprehensive and holistic approach to financial management, ensuring that my clients receive the highest level of expertise and service.
I was born and raised in Hazleton, and graduated from Hazleton Area High School in 1997. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Wilkes University in 2001, and received my Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in 2008. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Taxation, which will aid me in providing the most up to date and comprehensive information to my clients.
Having resided in Hazleton all my life, I have a profound respect for our area’s culture and values, and lend my time and services to countless local organizations. My wife and I continue to reside and work in Hazleton are proud parents to teenaged triplets. Our family is dedicated to the values of family, faith, and community service, and have fostered over 100 orphaned kittens in the Hazleton Area. I am also a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Tax Professionals as well as the Greater Hazleton Chamber of Commerce and Hazleton Area Networking Association.
